Our Mission:
The Institute of Coaching and Mentoring (IOC) was founded in 2023 to empower the coaching and mentoring field through science. The primary purpose is to expand the consciousness and growth of one person, one team, one organisation at a time.
The IOCM delivers world-class professional development and community networking through our online platform, webinars, seminars, courses, discussions
IOCM also offers coach and mentor credentialling and continued professional development through dynamic partnerships with world class institutions.
We are dedicated to high impact.
· Impart quality education to meet the needs of profession and society, and achieve
excellence in teaching-learning, research and application in coaching and mentoring
· Develop talented and committed individuals, and provide an environment conducive
to innovation, creativity, team-spirit and entrepreneurial leadership.
· Facilitate effective interactions among faculty and students, and foster networking
with alumni, industries, institutions and other stake-holders.
